Mempelajari Aikido adalah memulai perjalanan yang panjang dan mengesankan antara diri kita dan seni beladiri.

Kyu 9:

  • Taijutsu: Ukemi (Ushiro & Mae Mawari), Tai no henko, Suwariwaza Kokyuho

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi 1.


Kyu 8:

  • Taijutsu: Ukemi (Ushiro & Mae Mawari), Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi 1 ~ 2.


Kyu 7:

  • Taijutsu: Ukemi (Ushiro & Mae Mawari), Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Shomenuchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura, Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi 1 ~ 3.


Kyu 6:

  • Taijutsu: Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Shomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Nikkyo Omote & Ura, Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi 1 ~ 5.


Kyu 5:

  • Minimum berlatih: 30 hari latihan sejak Kyu 6

  • Taijutsu: Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Shomenuchi / Yokomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Nikkyo Omote & Ura, Shihonage (1 macam), Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi 1 ~ 7.


Kyu 4:

  • Minimum berlatih: 40 hari latihan sejak Kyu 5

  • Taijutsu: Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Shomenuchi / Yokomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Sankyo Omote & Ura, Shihonage (2 macam), Kotegaeshi (2 macam), Iriminage (2 macam) Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi, Migi & Hidari no Awase


Kyu 3:

  • Minimum berlatih: 50 hari latihan sejak Kyu 4

  • Taijutsu: Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Kokyunage (1 macam), Shomenuchi / Yokomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Yonkyo Omote & Ura, Shihonage (3 macam), Kotegaeshi (3 macam), Iriminage (3 macam), Koshinage (1 macam), Ushirowaza (1 macam), Tenchinage, Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukidori: Tantodori (1 macam), Tachidori (1 macam), Jodori (1 macam).

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi, Migi & Hidari no Awase, Roku no Jo Kata, Jusan no Jo Kata.


Kyu 2:

  • Minimum berlatih: 50 hari latihan sejak Kyu 3

  • Taijutsu: Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Kokyunage (2 macam), Shomenuchi / Yokomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Gonkyo Omote & Ura, Shihonage (3 macam), Kotegaeshi (3 macam), Iriminage (3 macam), Koshinage (2 macam), Ushirowaza (2 macam), Kaitennage Soto & Uchi, Tenchinage, Hanmi Handachi (3 macam), Randori Bebas 1 Menit, Suwariwaza Kokyuho.

  • Bukidori: Tantodori (2 macam), Tachidori (2 macam), Jodori (2 macam).

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi, Ken no Awase (1, 5, 7), Roku no Jo Kata, Jusan no Jo Kata. Sanjuichi no Jo Kata.


1st Kyu:

  • Minimum berlatih: 60 hari latihan sejak Kyu 2

  • Taijutsu: Tai no henko, Morotedori Kokyunage, Kokyunage (3 macam) Shomenuchi / Yokomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Gonkyo Omote & Ura, Shomenuchi / Yokomenuchi Ikkyo ~ Gonkyo Omote & Ura Suwariwaza, Shihonage (5 macam), Kotegaeshi (5 macam), Iriminage (5 macam), Koshinage (3 macam), Ushirowaza (3 macam), Kaitennage Soto & Uchi, Tenchinage, Hanmi Handachi (5 macam), Randori Bebas 2 Menit, Suwariwaza Kokyuho (3 macam).

  • Bukidori: Tantodori (3 macam), Tachidori (3 macam), Jodori (3 macam).

  • Bukiwaza: Ken no Suburi, Ken no Awase (1, 5, 6, 7), Jo no Suburi, Roku no Jo Kata, Jusan no Jo Kata. Sanjuichi no Jo Kata.


Dan 1

  • Umur Minimum: 15 tahun

  • Minimum berlatih: 6 bulan / 80 hari latihan sejak kyu 1

  • Taijutsu: Suwariwaza-Ikkyo~Gokyo (Shomen-Uchi), Nagewaza and Buki-dori (3 bentuk), Jiyuwaza (tangan kosong x 1 and ken x 1, minimum 45 detik)

  • Buki-waza: Ken-no-Suburi 1~7, Jo-no-Suburi 1~20


Dan 2

  • Umur Minimum: 18 tahun

  • Minimum berlatih: 1,5 tahun / 300 hari latihan sejak Dan 1

  • Taijutsu: Suwariwaza-Ikkyo~Gokyo (Shomen-Uchi), Nagewaza and Buki-dori (3 bentuk), Jiyuwaza (bare hands x 2 and ken x 1, 1 Menit minimum)

  • Buki-waza: Ken-no-Suburi 1~7, Jo-no-Suburi 1~20, Ken-no-awase (migi, hidari, gohon, roppon, nanahon), 31 jo-no-kata and 13 jo-no-kata


Dan 3

  • Umur Minimum: 25 tahun

  • Minimum berlatih: 2,5 tahun / 500 hari latihan sejak Dan 2

  • Taijutsu: Suwariwaza- Ikkyo-Gokyo (Shomen-Uchi/Yokomen-Uchi), Tachiwaza- Ikkyo~Gokyo (Shomen-Uchi / Yokomen Uchi, different techniques from Suwariwaza), Nagewaza (4 forms), Buki-dori Jiyuwaza (ken x 1, jo x 1, tanken x 1, 1 Menit 30 detik minimum)

  • Buki-waza: Ken-no-Suburi 1~7, Happo-giri (Suburi Kata 1-2-6-7), Kumi Tachi 1~5, Kimusubi-no-Tachi, Jo-no-Suburi 1~20, 31 no-kumi-jo, 13 jo-no-awase


Dan 4

  • Umur Minimum: 30 tahun

  • Minimum berlatih: 3,5 tahun / 600 hari latihan sejak Dan 3

  • Taijutsu: Suwariwaza-Ikkyo~Gokyo (Shomen-Uchi/Yokomen-Uchi), Tachiwaza- Ikkyo~Gokyo (Shomen-Uchi/Yokomen-Uchi, different techniques from Suwariwaza), Nagewaza (4 forms), Buki-dori Jiyuwaza (bare hands x 1, ken x 1, jo x 1, tanken x 1, 1 Menit 30 detik minimum)

  • Buki-waza: Ken-no-Suburi 1~7, Jo-no-Suburi 1~20, Ken-tai-Jo 1~7, kumijo 1~10 (11 including yon-no-ni)
